Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your AutoAdPilot account and all associated personal data at any time. This page also explains how to revoke AutoAdPilot's access to your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Sign in at autoadpilot.com.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Your profile, campaigns, ad creatives, wallet history, and connected-account tokens are deleted within 30 days. Billing and tax records are retained for up to 24 months as required by law.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email from your account address to privacy@autoadpilot.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

Revoking Meta (Facebook/Instagram) access

To remove AutoAdPilot's access to your Meta Business assets without deleting your AutoAdPilot account:

  1. Open Meta Business Settings.
  2. Go to Integrations → Business integrations.
  3. Find AutoAdPilot in the list and click Remove.

Once revoked, we automatically purge any stored Meta access tokens, ad-account IDs, and cached metrics tied to the removed assets within 24 hours.

What gets deleted

  • Profile (name, email, avatar, language)
  • Business profile and brand data
  • Generated ad creatives and campaigns
  • Connected ad-network tokens and IDs
  • Wallet balance and transaction logs (subject to legal retention)
  • Product analytics events tied to your user ID
