The service

Fonk is an AI marketing agent that generates ad content and launches campaigns on connected platforms such as Meta. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for the campaigns you approve and launch.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Subscriptions & payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard.
• Wallet top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.
• Prices are shown in EUR and may change with prior notice.
• Ad spend billed by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta) is separate from Fonk fees.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fonk to create or run content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or that violates the policies of the ad platforms we connect to. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Fonk a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers

Fonk is provided "as is". AI-generated output may contain errors and campaign performance is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fonk's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Fonk in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
