Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using AutoAdPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

AutoAdPilot is an AI platform that generates advertising creatives and manages ad campaigns on third-party networks (such as Meta) on your behalf. You remain the advertiser of record and are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of the ads you publish.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, wallet, and billing

  • Subscription plans (Starter €49/mo, Growth €99/mo, Scale €199/mo) renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Wallet top-ups are one-time purchases. Wallet credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • Plan and wallet charges are processed by Revolut Merchant. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Ad spend on connected ad networks (e.g. Meta) is billed by those networks directly, separately from AutoAdPilot.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods; unused wallet balance is refundable for 14 days from top-up date.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AutoAdPilot to create or run ads that:

  • Violate the advertising policies of the ad networks you publish to.
  • Promote illegal goods or services, hate, harassment, or deception.
  • Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Impersonate any person or business.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content & IP

You retain ownership of your business data and ads. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Meta, Revolut, AI providers). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee advertising results, campaign approvals, or specific performance outcomes.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which AutoAdPilot is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
